Thank you for your purchase. We strive to ensure all our customers are satisfied, however, if you are not happy for any reason you may return your item(s) to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
We are proud to offer a twelve (12) month warranty on all of our products. If it has been more than thirty (30) days since you received your item and it is defective or was damaged due to manufacturer error, you may elect to receive a replacement or store credit.
To initiate a return or exchange:
Please do not send back the item without first obtaining authorization. We are unable to process any returns or exchanges without prior authorization.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
There will be a $2.99 reprocessing fee deducted from your refund. Refunds to your credit card may take 1-2 billing cycles* to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please note that we are unable to refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.
*While we issue refunds immediately after verifying your return is valid, we have no control over how long it takes the credit card company to issue the refund back to your payment method. If we have verified your return and you do not see the refund on your statement, please contact your credit card company.
