Are there any customs fees?

The majority of the time, there will be no customs fees to worry about. In the case that there are additional customs fees, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they pay all applicable fees. Please consult with your local customs agency for more information.

How can I track my order?

There are several ways to track your order:

  • Click the "Track Package" button in the shipping confirmation email that was sent to you.
  • Navigate to your account page and locate your order. You will find your tracking number with a link to track your package.
  • Navigate to, insert your tracking number, and click "Track".

How long does shipping take?

We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. After processing, most orders are delivered within 3-4 business days.

In some cases, orders will be shipped from another warehouse and this may delay delivery by up to 10 business days. In other rare circumstances, your order may be delayed due to factors outside of our control. If you have not received your order within 21 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will do our best to provide more information about the status of your order.

The timeframes below will give you a general idea of when to expect your order after it has been shipped.

  • USA:  3-4 Business Days
  • Canada: 6-14 Business Days
  • Australia, Europe, Latin America, and New Zealand: 10-20 Business Days
  • Africa & Other Countries: 15-30 Business Days

Why hasn't my tracking information been updated yet?

Our shipping carrier (USPS) does not always immediately update tracking information for some orders. We have no control over this, but most orders within the USA will arrive within 5 business days, and most orders outside of the USA will arrive within 10-14 business days. Please allow a few days for tracking information to be updated before contacting support.

Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

We offer protection on orders for up to 45 days. In the exceedingly rare case that your order does not arrive within 45 business days, we will either fully refund your order or ship you an identical item. We appreciate your patience should there be any unexpected delays in delivering your order.

Why is my order still processing?

In certain cases where we do not have your order in stock and ready to be shipped, it may require an additional 3-4 business days to be processed. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

Will all my items arrive in one shipment?

We do our best to ship your items in one complete package. However, in some circumstances, we may need to split your item into multiple shipments and you will be provided with separate tracking numbers for each shipment.



Can I make changes to my order?

We do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. However, we are unable to make changes to your order after it has been processed or is in transit. If your order is still processing, please contact us with your order number and we will do our best to make your desired modifications.

How do I adjust the links on my Apple Watch Ceramic Band?

To remove the links from the Ceramic Butterfly Band, use a small object to push the pins located on the side of the band and this will remove the link from the band. To reattach the links, you can simply insert the pin back into the band.

How do I adjust the links on my Apple Watch Stainless Steel Band?

To remove the links from your Stainless Steel Link Band, press the button that is on the inside of the link and pull the link apart from the band. To reattach the links you can simply push the links back together.
